Greater North Fulton Chamber Announces 2025 Regional Awards Honorees

North Fulton, GA – The Greater North Fulton Chamber is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 Regional Awards, to be presented at the annual Spring Soiree on April 17. This year's honorees exemplify outstanding service and dedication to the North Fulton community.

"I have had the honor and pleasure of working alongside both of this year's award recipients and can truly say they volunteer their time with the sole purpose of truly making our region the best it can be. Lifetime Achievement Award Honoree: Ken Davis
Ken Davis, Georgia Division President for Renasant Bank, has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. With over 40 years of experience in finance and banking, Ken has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the North Metro Atlanta region. His leadership at Renasant Bank has been instrumental in expanding the bank's presence and influence, increasing both commercial and consumer loan and deposit shares.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ken is deeply involved in community initiatives and has maintained active involvement in several service, non-profit organizations since the early 1990's.  Ken is a member of the Rotary Club of Roswell and served as past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, he served as a Board Member and as Chairman of the Roswell Economic Development & Tourism, Inc, a public-private partnership with the City of Roswell. Ken currently serves on the Board of Directors of the North Fulton Community Charities. In addition to living and serving the North Fulton community, Ken has served on the Board of Directors for the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Ensemble Theatre, North Metro Miracle League, March of Dines of North Fulton, the Ed Isakson Alpharetta YMCA, and the Chattahoochee Nature Center.

Ken was part of the teams that selected Executive Directors for the Roswell Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. His efforts in these organizations reflect his passion for enhancing the quality of life in North Fulton.

Citizen of the Year Award Honoree: Jack Murphy
Jack Murphy, Chair of the North Fulton Improvement Network and a dedicated community leader, has been honored with the Citizen of the Year Award. Jack's leadership within NFIN has focused on addressing financial vulnerability and promoting community well-being. His efforts in tackling critical issues such as workforce housing, transportation, and food insecurity have made a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families in the region.

Jack has more than 30 years of experience working for and with Fortune 500 companies and non-profits in operations, human resources, training, and quality areas. Jack has spent the past 22 years in the Investor Relations group of the Metro Atlanta Chamber. He also spent 14 years as a senior adjunct professor of Quality & Operations Management in the MBA program at Keller Graduate School.

Jack is a Director with the Fulton Education Foundation and volunteers with The Society of Vincent de Paul. He is Local Policy Co-Chair for HouseATL and co-chairs the North Fulton Improvement Network, a 12-year-old collaboration of nonprofit, faith, business, and community leaders working to build broad public awareness of the challenges faced by middle income and early career people in our area. Jack is past national chair of Systemic Change and Advocacy for St. Vincent de Paul, USA.

The Greater North Fulton Chamber’s annual Spring Soiree is an outdoor gala that brings together business professionals and leaders from across North Fulton. The event honors the annual North Fulton Regional awards, including the Citizen of the Year Community Service Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award, and features the Taste of North Fulton, highlighting local cuisine.
